You may have problems with your oral and systemic health. You might have seen other specialists who couldn’t help. Another physician or dental specialist may have recommended us, as well. However you got to the Center for Oral Pathology, welcome!
Before you arrive, we ask that you complete a health history and privacy policy agreement online. Please be as accurate and complete as possible.
On your first visit, please also try and arrive a little early to make sure we have all the information we need. Then, Dr. Patel will meet with you. Ask questions, as he will ask you questions, as well. The more information we have about you, the better. And we pride ourselves on having an educated patient, too.
Depending on your circumstances, we will introduce you to the various technologies we utilize for diagnostics and treatments. This may include digital x-rays, 3D x-ray machines, dental lasers and intraoral scanners.
Please ask any questions you may have related to a treatment, or the financial obligation associated with it. We will do everything we can to maximize your insurance benefits if you have some available.
